Josh Hill – Recruitment Strategist
Mr. Joshua Hill, is the Managing Partner of Pemberton Whiteman & Hill LLC; he recruits experienced attorneys, health care, medical, IP & tech professionals. He does Direct Hire & Contract Recruitment. Josh Hill has been in this leadership position since April 2007. Prior to his current leadership, Josh was a top legal recruiter for an all-service Inc. 500 search firm. Josh has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from American University in Washington DC. Josh holds a Masters of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Mr. Hill has taken several business courses with UMKC’s Henry W. Bloch School of Business, including the E-Scholars Program in the Fall of 2016. He also earned the New York University Professional Development Gold Standard Badge for completing the “SHRM Certification Preparation” in the Fall of 2018. Mr. Hill was awarded Sertoman of the Year in Kansas City for 2006-2007 and currently serves as the Sertoma Club of Kansas City Chairman. He chaired the successful Sound of the City 2018 5K-10K Run in Independence, Missouri. Josh is a member of both the NALSC and American Staffing Association. He is also Executive Director of the Kenneth C. Hill Charitable Foundation. Mr. Hill’s most memorable travels have been to Israel and Egypt. He also enjoys downhill skiing, golf and is a licensed hunter. Mr. Hill co-chairs a flag football league in K.C. and is also an accomplished ballroom dancer with his wife.
In his early years, Josh Hill was active in the Boy Scouts and was a Page in the US House for Congressman Dick Gephardt from St. Louis, Missouri.
